Looking for a Corporate Lawyer.

  • 2 to 5 years UAE experience as Corporate Lawyer.
  • Must have excellent command of written and spoken in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work as a team with the staff & other lawyers.

Job Description:


  • Drafting legal documents and commercial agreements
  • Understanding and awareness of corporate/commercial law, civil laws in the UAE.
  • Full understanding and awareness of DIFC and ADGM laws and regulations.
  • Setting up entities in DIFC, ADGM, DMCC, DWTC and other free zones in the UAE.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
