IT Sales Staff
_Job Description:
_

- _Analyze the customer's needs in collaboration with the Pre-Sales Engineers and propose appropriate technical solutions._
- _Achieve sales targets and monitor their annual achievements in the area._
- _Implement the commercial approach_
- _Ensure regular commercial reporting to the Commercial Director_
- _Develop the Software, Services and Hardware offer_
- _Maintain the commercial relationship with the major and historical Key Accounts of the company_
- _Participate in the continued construction and animation of the reseller network: identification, qualification, referencing and implementation of distribution contracts_
- _Prospect the targets of end customers: service providers, heritage, ministries, banks, industries, insurance, etc._
- _Detect important projects related to calls for tenders_
- _Organize events with partners and participate in fairs_


_ Job Requirements:
_

- _Education: Higher education,_

- _Experience: 1 to 3 years minimum as a Salesperson (the Distribution or software sector is a plus)_
- _Skills: Business-oriented profile and culture of results_
- _Team management: ability to federate, to animate his team_
- _Organizational skills_
