Description

Project Planning:
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

  • Procurement: Sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Coordination: Managing communication between different teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Site Management: Overseeing daytoday operations on construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • Client Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Financial Management: Tracking project expenses, invoicing clients, and managing cash flow.
  • Problemsolving: Identifying and addressing issues that arise during construction projects to keep them moving forward smoothly.
  • Documentation: Keeping detailed records of project plans, contracts, change orders, and other relevant documents.

Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

- gulf: 3 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving license (preferred)
