Description
Project Planning:
Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Procurement: Sourcing materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Coordination: Managing communication between different teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Site Management: Overseeing daytoday operations on construction sites to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Safety: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Client Relations: Maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- Financial Management: Tracking project expenses, invoicing clients, and managing cash flow.
- Problemsolving: Identifying and addressing issues that arise during construction projects to keep them moving forward smoothly.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of project plans, contracts, change orders, and other relevant documents.
Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- gulf: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving license (preferred)
