We are looking for an office staff (preferably Chinese )who will do
timekeeping,
create maintenance reports &
other administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Following up schedule of works for maintenance team
  • Keeping track of company and project documentation
  • Following and improving document handling procedures
  • Incharge of monthly timesheet producing in all outlets
  • Ensuring all reports & timekeeping are accurate and true
  • Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients or staff
  • Can easily be trained to work through a timekeeping system

Requirements:


  • College degree in management or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years UAE experience in Administrative Department.
  • A Multitasker who is willing to assist and learn the scope of other colleague's work.
  • Reliably able to extend hours to finish given task in a day.
  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of working through a timekeeping system is a plus
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Must be approachable and helpful.
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Should be a better role leader.
  • Good ethical judgment.
