Designation:
Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
Develop and implement technical strategies, policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of technical projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
Evaluate existing systems and processes for efficiency improvements; recommend enhancements or new technologies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology; make recommendations for incorporating new tools or methodologies into the organization.
Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting complex issues or system failures; coordinate with relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution.
Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team; identify training needs and provide opportunities for professional development.
Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Must Have Skills:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, system administration principles, network infrastructure, database management systems, etc.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams toward achieving common goals.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
