Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic legal advice on corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure the company's compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Represent the firm in negotiations, dispute resolutions, and litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on new laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
  • Mentor and oversee junior legal staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. A Master's degree (LLM) is a plus.
  • Valid legal license to practice in the UAE.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a toptier law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Indepth knowledge of UAE corporate laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Pay:
Up to AED15,000.00 per month
