Job Title:
Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.) with Business Setup Experience

Location:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

As a Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.) with Business Setup Experience, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the establishment and operations of businesses in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the business setup process, including company registration, licensing, and permits acquisition.
Liaising with government authorities, including the Department of Economic Development (DED), Dubai Municipality, Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Immigration, and other relevant agencies, to ensure compliance with regulations and expedite the processing of documentation.
Coordinating with government entities to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for business operations, such as trade licenses, industrial licenses, and special permits.
Handling document attestation, authentication, and legalization procedures as required by clients.
Representing the company during official meetings, negotiations, and interactions with government officials, clients, and stakeholders.
Keeping abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and procedures related to business setup and immigration in Dubai, and advising clients and the management accordingly.
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all documentation and transactions related to government authorities and client engagements.
Providing excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient business setup process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.) with a focus on business setup services in Dubai or the UAE, preferably in a consulting or corporate services firm.
Extensive knowledge of local regulations, procedures, and requirements related to business setup, immigration, and licensing in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, government officials, and colleagues at all levels.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,200.00 per month
