We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team.

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and close successful real estate transactions.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Create and present compelling property listings to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and market value.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours for potential buyers or renters.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients, aiming to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and appraisers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay uptodate with local real estate market conditions, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Two Years Minimum experience in real estate Sale in Abu Dhabi

Valid driving license + Car

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Techsavvy with proficiency in real estate software and online marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, competitive environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary:

From AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
