About us:

SCT Chemicals Trading was founded in 2019. Immediately was started the blending plant of lubricants. The plant is one of the newest and most modern in the region. Design capacity of up to 160 KMT per year.

The laboratory has modern testing equipment as per the latest international standards for testing raw materials and finished products, and is being added to regularly to cater to our growing R&D needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements:


  • Should have knowledge and work Experience about Oil, Chemicals and Lubricants
  • Should have UAE Driving License.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical degree.
  • Should have Chemicals Experience or Chemistry Background.
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jebel Ali: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- management: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
