Amourion Training Institute is a premium institute extending academic support to IB DP, MYP, PYP, IGCSE, AS, and A Levels.

We operate in the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, and other Gulf countries, catering to students from different schools and universities. Team Amourion is seeking an expert Psychologist - HR Trainer at our HQ in Dubai.


Job Description:


  • Conduct individual and small group interventions as part of a shortterm counseling program.
  • Collaborate with employees to provide effective and personalized counseling support.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a positive approach to individual and collaborative professional development.
  • Work seamlessly as part of a multidisciplinary team to address diverse employee needs.
  • Adhere strictly to laws, policies, procedures, and ethical standards outlined in the psychological code of conduct, ensuring the safeguarding of employees.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales training strategy specifically tailored for the private education sector.
  • Create and refine training materials, modules, and resources, including sales scripts, presentations, and content.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars for sales teams, utilizing both inperson and digital platforms.
  • Evaluate existing sales processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and develop targeted training initiatives to improve sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously assess and adapt training content and methods based on feedback and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales leadership team to ensure alignment between training programs and business goals, as well as to support the achievement of sales objectives.
Work Timings - Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm (Sunday will be weekly off)

AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
