We are recruitingBusiness Development Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Division Head, the main role is to generate new prospects for Sale or rental of Portacabins in Western Region with an objective of maintaining / increasing market share of the company.
Accordingly, the job-holder shall:
- Identify the right prospects / potential clients for Manpower Supply in the assigned area / sector. Then approach them professionally in order to close the deal.
- Maintain & develop excellent relationship with existing clients as well as new ones.
- Communicate with the potential & existing clients verbally, by mail and over the phone in order to ensure a smooth running of the selling cycle.
- Arrange clients visit / meetings in order to gain indepth understanding for their needs.
- Analyze & identify the clients needs and then try to present them the most appropriate solutions.
- Try to maintain clients database and update it periodically.
- Study/ learn product knowledge
- Generate sales reports that reflects the products availability
- Meet the sales target as assigned by the management
- Attend weekly sales meeting, and present his report professionally
- Liaise between transport department & plant service department to ensure a smooth delivery of the rented equipment.
- Arrange orders, delivery & invoices and follow up on related payments.
Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- business development manager: 5 years (required)
Manpower Supply: 3 years (required)
