About the job:

Your responsibilities:

Expert in CSU / OR&A industry standards and best practices.
Develops, Leads and Controls the CSU / OR&A Processes, Planning, Scheduling, Interface Management, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Flawless Start-Up, Operations, Maintenance Strategies & Planning, and Manpower Expansion Strategies in compliance with company HSE / QA/QC Standards & procedures.
Provide coordination support on all aspects of CSU / OR&A activities as part of information & data gathering, follows up and expediting to ensure CSU delivery along with operability and maintainability aspects are addressed in the Design-Engineering phase with the objective to ensure the project meets or exceeds obligations to ensure a smooth startup of all Kent/client projects.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:

Qualification/ Certification:

Chemical / Eng. Degree qualified, Project Management certified

Communication:

Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.

Core Competencies:

At least 15 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with exposure to large scale, timebound project environments.
Ability to work unsupervised to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent presentation development and delivery ability.
Excellent numeracy skills and PC skills including the use of Completions Management Tools (Kent utilize Hexagon Smart Completions), CMMS, SAP & MS suite of software.
Highly motivated and flexible to be able to work in a timesensitive environment and respond quickly and effectively to unanticipated high workloads, events and emergencies.
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
Ability to identify issues early and influence people at all levels to achieve Kent's objectives.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
