Outdoor Marketing & Sales Executive (High commission of up to 65% is applicable)
We are into full service of Cleaning & Technical works in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Plan strategically on marketing and to expand the company's reach
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Bring new contracts to the company.
- Search for new client leads.
- Conduct calls and facetoface meetings with customers daily.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Sell the company's services to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Related field experienced in Cleaning & Technical Services or Facilities management Sales is preferred
- Proven outdoor sales experience.
- Strong consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Good telephonic skills
- Administrative skills
