1. Participate in preparing training programs.


  • Develop marketing strategy.
  • Participate in preparing the training calendar.
  • Promote Business consulting as well as AI and digital transformation services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.
  • Identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.
  • Assist in creating marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and social media
posts to promote the company training and consulting services.

  • Collaborate with the training and consulting team to understand client requirements and contribute to the development of tailored marketing solutions for the business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and consulting, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry and latest technologies best practices, i.e., emerging trends in AI and digital transformation, and innovative marketing strategies to contribute to the growth of the consulting services.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the domain of marketing of training and consulting services in business and technology services companies.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing business consulting, AI, and digital transformation training and services.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer science with passion to marketing training and consulting services.
  • Strategist with analytical mindset to interpret data and draw strategic insights.
  • Has proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED5, AED8,000.00 per month
