Key Responsibilities:

Individualized Coaching:
Provide one-on-one guidance and feedback to learners, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
Help learners set personal development goals and track their progress over time.

Assessment and Feedback:
Develop effective assessment tools to evaluate learners' soft skills and communication abilities.
Offer constructive feedback to help individuals understand their strengths and areas for improvement.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in soft skills, communication, and related fields.
Integrate emerging trends and technologies into your teaching approach.

Technology Integration (Online):If teaching online, be proficient in using various online platforms, tools, and resources to facilitate virtual learning.
Ensure a seamless and interactive online learning experience.

Professional Development:
Invest in your own professional growth by attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs.

Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain open lines of communication with learners, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with other educators, departments, or institutions to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree is required.
Proven expertise in soft skills development and effective communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse groups of learners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching tools (if teaching online).
Continuous learning mindset to stay current in the field.

Salary: 50% of the Course fee or 30 AED Per hour, Depending on the type of course.
