Description
Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution

  • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
  • Work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure that activities remain compliant
  • Oversee materials and inventory
  • Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
- follow up with all departments to avoid any delay in the production

  • Submission of production plan to procurement
  • Daily operational reports
  • Report operational failures if found
  • Provide operation plan and production. Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Annual in coordination with senior management
  • Receiving a sales plan and converting it into required production inputs
  • Determine the quantities required to implement the company's sales plan of all materials
  • Coordinate with warehouse workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
  • Effective production management in terms of productivity, time and ensuring timely delivery of products

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

  • Umm alQuwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
