Are you looking to start your career as a Junior Accountant in the real estate industry? Our client, a reputable Real Estate Brokerage Company, is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join their team.

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with daytoday accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Conduct bank reconciliations
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Assist with internal and external audits

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Previous experience as a Junior Accountant or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of real estate accounting principles is a plus
  • CPA certification is a plus

Benefits:

The salary package is AED 5K All-in.
