Your day to day:


The F&B Steward is responsible to assist in providing the below task;:

Cleans kitchen walls and floors in accordance with regular cleaning schedules.*****-
Inspects shelving and surrounding areas and ensures these are safe and dry at all times to prevent slipping.*****-
Cleans/Washes all cooking utensils per required standards.*****-
Stacks washed utensils in the appropriate racks/trolleys for easier access.*****-
Regularly inspects and cleans stacking areas to keep these neat and tidy.********-
Ensures proper maintenance of all equipment in the area of assignment.*****-
To wash glassware, chinaware and cutlery according to the standards set.********:

Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees:

Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions

Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.

Experience and Skills:

Previous hotel-related experience as F&B Steward*****-
Active listening, enthusiastic and dependable*****-
