Description
We are looking for a Client Relationship/Telecaller to join our team. As a Client Relationship/Telecaller, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients.

Your role will involve making outbound calls to clients, responding to their queries and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.


  • Contact clients via telephone to maintain and develop relationships with them.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collect client feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects generated by marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Update client records and maintain accurate client databases.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments.
  • Attend training and coaching sessions as required.

Job Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client relations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Salary:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
