Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive analyses of business operations, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address business challenges, offering innovative solutions and actionable recommendations.
Assess market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Assist in the development and execution of business plans, including market expansion strategies, new project evaluations, and risk management.
Provide guidance and support in project management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve organizational goals.
Stay updated with industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to recommend adaptations and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in business consulting or a related role within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Pay:
