_Job Description:
_
- _Design and develop instructional materials, courses, and training programs to support organizational learning and development objectives._
- _Analyze training needs, learning objectives, and target audience characteristics to determine appropriate instructional strategies and delivery methods._
- _Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques, multimedia, and technology tools._
- _Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement._

_Job Requirements:
_
- _Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field._
- _Proven experience in instructional design or eLearning development roles._
- _Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and instructional technology tools._
- _Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar._
- _Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills._
- _Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment._
