Main tasks & responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify potential clients, projects, and market segments within the


construction industry that require bathroom fittings. Develop and execute strategies to

secure specifications for our products in these projects.

Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior


designers, contractors, and other industry professionals. Attend industry events, trade

shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.

Product Presentations:
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training


sessions for architects, interior designers, and other specifiers. Showcase the features,

benefits, and unique selling points of our bathroom fittings to influence their specification

choices.

Specifications Management:
Collaborate with specifiers during the design and specification


process. Provide technical expertise, product recommendations, and support to ensure our

products meet project requirements and are specified in the final plans.

Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and


engineering, to ensure successful project implementation. Communicate project

specifications, timelines, and requirements to the relevant departments for timely product

delivery and installation.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market


developments related to bathroom fittings. Gather and analyze market intelligence to

identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations to enhance our product

offerings.

Sales Support:
Provide support to the sales team by assisting with inquiries, generating


leads, and participating in customer meetings. Collaborate with the sales team to convert

specifications into sales and achieve revenue targets.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions,

specifications, and project details. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends,

and project pipelines for management review.

Qualifications:

-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or Interior

Design/Engineering.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or specification management within the

construction industry, preferably in bathroom fittings or related products.

Strong knowledge of bathroom fittings, plumbing systems, and related building codes and

regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence

stakeholders at various levels.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers,

contractors, and other industry professionals.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet

deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales and project

management tools.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team

environment.

Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events:
