Description
Required Production Manager for an Aluminum and Metal structure manufacturing company.


Location:
Dubai

5 to 6 years of experience in Aluminum and Metals Manufacturing.

Should have working experience as a Production Manager

  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
  • Knowledge and knowhow in Metal/ Aluminum fabrication and paint processes
  • Plan timing of the processes and give estimated finish time
  • Study and communicate findings of the brief given by clients
  • Planning the build and installation of each project
  • Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
  • Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
  • Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
  • Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decisionmakers.
  • Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
  • Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 (Depending upon experience)


Pay:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
