Ensuring that the Reception area is manned all the time as scheduled. Making sure the Facility is at its best before opening & ready for its maximum use.
Reporting any maintenance requirements to concerned department ensuring a prompt response and confirming that all equipment is in readytouse condition.
Taking calls and booking requests through the RA system
Communicating with the housekeeping and other departments to ensure all area is clean and any problem related to equipment are coordinated for repairs.

Coordinating with Laundry to keep all the linen used in the facility neat & clean. Maintaining a Laundry Log Book for records
Recording all lost and found items in the register & handing it over to HR.
Handling any guest complaints or problems promptly; trying to solve it or informing the Supervisor if the problem persists.
