Role Summary

Responsible for assisting the GR team with all activities related to Employee Visa, Work permits, Visa

cancellations and other government relations activities in an efficient and timely manner.

Whats On You Plate ?

Renew the employee's work permits and residencies on time.
Keeping track of resigned employees work permit cancellation
Review the latest legislation that may impact the labor law, Labor contracts and immigration

approvals

Schedule Employee Medical tests and Emirates ID appointments
Schedule Tawjeeh trainings for eligible employees and ensure compliance
Maintain a database of all the incoming and outgoing document and ensure employees receive their documents.

What Did We Order ?

Bachelor's Degree and experience in GR or any other related field
2 years of full time professional experience
Detailed knowledge of UAE Labor law, MOL & Immigration rules, Visa types, policies, procedures, and internal processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, Immigration System, Labor system
Time Management Skills
Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Pleasant and friendly attitude with a will to go out of your way
