Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Managing the direct inquiry from instagram and whatsapp
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and pointofsale (POS) systems.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
