Overview:

Responsibilities:

Managing the direct inquiry from instagram and whatsapp
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits to ensure store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are met.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or customer service.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and pointofsale (POS) systems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month
