Manager Performance Enablement

Our client:

A Retail firm is looking to add an experienced Human resource professional to their team to manage the GCC market.


Your role:

Responsible for the successful delivery of performance management initiatives and build practices and policies to manage & support underperformers and recognize the exceptional ones.

Ensuring ongoing analysis & enhancements to support business needs and follow best practices that suits the nature of the organization.

In addition to providing on-going support to talent development initiatives including succussing planning & talent pools.
