Description
Lead and direct Human Resources function of the organization to meet the organizational vision.

Responsible for identifying required Key Result Areas, creating KPIs and delivering results for the Human Resources department.

Create and maintain sustainable compensation philosophies and policies pertaining to the same to attract best talents.


Manage, monitor and handle escalations in daily HR operations, which includes employee relations, compensation and benefits management, onboarding, Licensing, L & D, Public Relations, Exit management etc.


Analyze internal and external Human Resource trends and dynamically set strategies in line to the mission, vision and values of the organization.


Work closely with strategic leaders to understand the Manpower requirements of all cadres and ensure the manpower needs are catered as per defined benchmarks.

Ensure adherence to all quality standards adapted by the organization.
