Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Build a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Client Consultation:

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their interior design and construction needs.
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information.
  • Offer professional guidance and recommendations to clients based on their goals, preferences, and budget.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation:
  • Prepare comprehensive and customized proposals, including project scope, timelines, cost estimates, and design concepts.
  • Present proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our interior design and construction services.
  • Address client inquiries, provide clarification, and address concerns to facilitate informed decisionmaking.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade and close deals with potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure project feasibility, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Foster longterm partnerships and seek opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, construction, and project management, to ensure smooth project transitions and successful execution.
  • Communicate project requirements, client expectations, and timelines to the respective teams.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and vendors, to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues.

Requirements Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the interior design and construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of interior design and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to track leads, manage customer data, and generate reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.

Salary:
AED 5,000-7,000 plus commission and bonus


Job Types:
Full-time, Commission
