Job Summary


The Store Helper is responsible to assist the Materials Storekeeper to manage, receive, issue Food, Beverage & general store items into the store & effectively control & manage the stock movements.


General Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure timely preparation of items requested by the various departments for issuance
  • Ensure storekeeper receives and counter checks all storerooms deliveries
  • Ensure proper arrangement of all inventory stock items to facilitate easy issuance and items identification
  • Ensure maintaining all storeroom areas to the highest Rotana Safety & Hygiene standards, guided by the Materials Head Storekeeper
  • Ensure reporting any storeroom maintenance requirements
  • Ensure assisting in storeroom inventory stock taking upon request
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests' and employees' health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
  • Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures


Additional to the above mentioned requirements an Employee will at times be expected to perform tasks and duties outside of his/her scope of work as necessitated by work demand.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Pay:
AED1,200.00 per month
