Description

The real estate sales manager conducts training to teach agents how to get customers, discuss transactions, secure financing, and complete formalities for the sale.

Perform various duties, tasks, and responsibilities as shown in the job description example below:

  • Supporting and helping build successful agents.
  • Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
  • Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning.
  • Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual).
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Preparing loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
  • Planning and directing sales team training.
  • Working on sales scripts with agents.
  • Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
  • Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
  • Ensuring every member of the sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Staying informed on real estate industry.
  • Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets.

Qualifications

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills.

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
