Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and stakeholders upon their arrival.
Answer incoming calls, efficiently screen and redirect them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to ensure a professional ambiance.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed.
Provide information to visitors regarding company services, projects, and inquiries.
Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum education level: Intermediate pass.
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential for effective communication.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customercentric approach.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
