Job Description:

Recreation Supervisor

As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible towards creating an exceptional experience for the guests and the colleagues reporting to you.

What will you be doing:

Creating the ultimate journey to relaxation for our guests
Recognize arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and recreational areas and hotel.
Knowledgeable about all aspects of recreation, fitness & wellness, and recreation facilities in person and over the telephone.
Capable of performing professional technical preconsultation so that he/she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per the client's needs and concerns.
Schedule of all colleagues in all department of Recreation & Wellness and ensure smooth operation of the reception.
The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of recreation & Entertainment and the team to operational excellence while understanding and executing the short

- and long-term goals established by the Director of Recreation & Entertainment.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills
Previous experience in a hotel is an asset or similar setup.
Ability to work cohesively with other departments and coworkers as part of a team.
To lead and inspire the team towards creating the ultimate journey towards relaxation.
Excellent understanding of water safety in general
