Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate regular meetings and communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering highquality AML solutions tailored to their needs.

Regulatory Compliance:

Team Collaboration:

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven ,environment.
Coordinate with technical, product, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AML solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members, promoting professional growth and development.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and issue logs.
Conduct postimplementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
A minimum of 57 years of experience in project management, with a focus on AML solutions or financial technology.
Indepth knowledge of AML regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Middle East.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
