Telesales Representative - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Quality Government Service Center
Description
Direct the leads to the field sales team when required- Route opportunities to the concerning department for further development and deal closure.
- Connect with the potential customer or the businesses via telephone to promote services
- Explain the benefits of the services to potential clients.
- Deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
- Get customers details that include names, position, phone numbers, etc. for further process.
- Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
Job Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficient in Windowsbased software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer service experience in a call center for banking or financial services or business setup companies
Fluent in English and Malayalum:
- Multi-lingual is an advantage
