As we continue to grow, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daytoday operations of facilities, with a focus on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HAVC) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Provide handson supervision and coordination of HAVC and MEP activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement preventive measures.
Manage and lead a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize facility performance and address any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management Companies in the UAE, with a strong emphasis on HAVC and MEP supervision.
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing facility maintenance programs.
