Responsibilities

  • Sales, for Current accounts; maintain relationship, visit distributors/dealers and work on New Products.
  • Sales, for New Business; Identify, negotiate, close & implement deals in new Geotargets with new clients.
  • Sales support; work with the back office times to fulfil timely deliverance of products ordered.
  • Responsible for the Back order accuracy. Marketing;
  • Implement & monitor marketing plan per distributors, and Develop. trade marketing actions.
  • Market; Understand market dynamics, New product entries & trends,
  • Market assessment, including; identification of top distributors, Identification of potential distributors, Back price analysis, and Matrix of competitiveness.
  • Accounts receivables; responsible for the accounts of clients and assuring timing payments and followups.
  • Service support; after sales support to clients. With service cases, service orders and payments.
  • Taking care of the MEA reporting.
  • Empowered to make decisions within the Middle East & Africa scope, and on behalf of the Region, sustained by EMEA GM.

Requirements and skills

  • At least 5 years of work experience in Home appliances or lifestyle with export/international operation or international trade.
  • Should have a successful track record managing key accounts in MEA.
  • Ability to start greenfield distributor networks.
  • Deep understanding of Arab and ME cultural background and business environment.
  • Specific knowledge in International Trade

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
