Officer - Airport Product and Ancillaries- United Arab Emirates

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products and services, as well as identify opportunities for new product development.
This requires conducting market research and trend analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, as well as identifying areas where the airport can differentiate itself from competitors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaises with all internal/external stakeholders to ensure all airport products are effectively communicated and executed via campaign/channel activity.
- Ensures all airport products meet customer expectations and are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
- Analyses customer feedback around sale of airport products and develops action plans to address issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- Reviews terms and conditions of the contracts for airport products to ensure that they align with legal requirement and regulations
- Works closely with stakeholders to integrate thirdparty products and services into flydubai systems and processes.
- Ensures all airport product rates, services charges and taxes are updated within flydubai systems and up to date across all customer touch points (e.g. DCS, online).
- Monitors and reviews the progress of the the airport product rollout plan
- Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for airport products
- Ensures fulfilment of airport product ensuring all customer receive the purchased products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensures payment processes are implemented, supported and managed as per guidelines.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
- Minimum Education_
- Bachelor's degree (or Equivalent)
- Experience Specific Requirements_
- Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree)
- Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree)
- Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements_
- Understanding of Departure control system like Sprint DCS, Amadeus, iPort would be preferable.
- Knowledge of business and commercial processes relating to ancillary products and pricing.

_ISR Requirements_
- Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations._
