Job Title:

Accounts and Admin Executive


Location:

Dubai, UAE


Job Purpose:


Key Responsibilities:


Accounts Management:
Maintain and manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

Bookkeeping:
Perform bookkeeping activities, including preparing and recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.

Budget Preparation:
Assist in the preparation of the company's budget and ensure that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Accounts Receivable:
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice preparation, receipt of payments, and collection of outstanding balances.

Accounts Payable:
Manage the accounts payable process, including vendor payments, reconciliation of vendor statements, and managing vendor relationships.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.

HR Support:

Provide support to the HR department, including maintenance of employee files, processing employee benefits, and assisting with recruitment activities.


Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations, and assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.


Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, and resolve any customer issues or complaints.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases, and ensure the security of sensitive information.

Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures, and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Problem-solving and analytical skills

A positive and professional demeanor.

Salary:

AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Primary (preferred)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 4 years (preferred)
