You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus.
Passion for finding and attracting top talent and contributing to the success of the organization.

Salary:
AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
