Employee Relations
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Onboarding and Off Boarding process
- Improving HR and people policies.
- Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training.
- Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources and improve if necessary.
- Overseeing employee orientation and training.
- Ensuring engagement is maintained and managers act in a way that involves their staff.
- Managing the relationship between the organisation and unions or employee bodies
- Overseeing all people practices ensuring they are legally compliant.
- Organize team building & events
Requirements:
- Degree in human resources/psychology.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good problemsolving ability.
- Must have similar experience.
- Preferably Russian Language Speaker
