Position
:
Personal Ticketing Agent
The
Personal Ticketing Agent is responsible for managing and planning air-tickets, transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.

Cooperating with "" to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in ticketing systems and making adjustments to reservations.
An indepth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds,

reissues and itinerary changes.

Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
Should have wider knowledge about various Airlines and sectors.
Organize individual or group tours.
Book travel packages, hotel bookings, ticketing and all travel related business.
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
Provide any and all relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local

customs, maps, regulations, events) to travelers.

Follow up with clients about travel plans and make adjustments as needed, including coordinating with the client's point of contact as the event approaches.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years as Travel Agent in UAE is a must.
Knowledge in GDS systems
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
Excellent communications in English; Arabic.
Excellent knowledge in MS Office and computer skills.
