Description

Seeking a Diligent Fire Safety Manager to Safeguard Lives and Property. Ensuring Comprehensive Risk Mitigation and Emergency Preparedness.

Core Responsibilities

  • Carry out fire safety inspections and audits on a regular basis and report
  • Support in carrying out risk assessment related o fire works, pyrotechnics etc. where required.
  • Supervise daytoday activities, providing expert advice on fire and life safety to staff, encouraging work processes, and resolving any escalated issues in order to ensure that work is correctly prioritized and completed as per procedures, standards and requirements
  • Monitor the implementation of deliverables including event Fire safety plan, Event safety management plan, fire risk assessment etc.
  • Review and test emergency evacuation plans, operation and maintenance plans etc.
  • Ensure that all contractors, service providers, exhibitors comply to venue specific fire safety plans, local and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure sufficient coverage for fire wardens
  • On behalf of Expo City Dubai, lead on the investigation of incidents to discover causes and lesson learned.
  • Liaise onsite with the necessary Local authorities i.e. Dubai Municipality, DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority), Civil Defense etc. as and when required.

Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Fire Safety Manager: 4 years (preferred)
