Job Title:
Business Analyst (3-5 years)
We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team.

Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements study, SRS/BRD documentation and obtain sign-off, co-ordination with the development team, performing user acceptance testing and commissioning the solution.

To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying uptodate on the latest process and IT advancements.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to crossfunctional stakeholders.
Gathering critical information from meetings and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations
Managing competing resources and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Business Analyst Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 35 years of relevant experience in Financial domain.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely to agree on acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
