We are in need of
Housekeeping Supervisor with Hotel experience, to work for our VIP client here in Abu Dhabi.


Description:


  • Must have worked previously with min. 2 years experience as Housekeeping Supervisor from any UAE/GCC hotel.
  • Must have strong personality and able to handle his team of housekeepers

Responsibilities:


  • Establishes standards and procedures for housekeeping staff.
  • Assigns workers their duties and inspect their work to make sure specified standards of cleanliness is maintained in all locations.
  • Conducts orientation training and inservice training for cleaners and housekeepers in order to explain about work procedures as well as demonstrate the usage and maintenance of equipment's.
  • Take stock inventory to make sure sufficient stock is available.
  • Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
  • Issues supplies and equipment to workers.
  • Requesting the materials for the various locations on frequent timely basis and whenever necessary
  • Keeping data regarding work assignments, personnel actions and prepare periodic reports.
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in case of employees absence.
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that may occur in the job. Maintenance of the snags on a daily basis
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.

Salary:
AED3,000 up to 3,500 + Food + Accommodation + Transportation (Live-in)
