Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Manage and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel.
  • Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory levels to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to create and execute special events and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage the kitchen budget and control expenses.

Pay:
AED24, AED28,000.00 per month
