Job Title - Telesales Executive

Company - Blossom Design Services LLC

Employment Type - Full Time

Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to new & existing business customers to build rapport, promote products, and generate new sales.
  • Continuous followup with approved customers to ensure they are actively placing orders.
  • Reviewing the customer's database and following up with them on a monthly basis to ensure they are actively ordering from us.
  • Should be able to achieve the customer wise conversion rate target set by management.
  • Responsible for monitoring the online registered B2C customers.
  • Responsible for approving the genuine customers from the registered list post validation.
  • Should be able to decide on accepting and rejecting the registered customers.
  • Should work with the sales team to register and activate the approved customers in ERP system.
  • Responsible for weekly web registration reports, registered customers sales reports and sales comparison reports.
  • Responsible for accomplishing all the administrative tasks assigned by the management as per the changing business requirements.

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in Tele sales.
  • Ready to start immediately
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Selfstarter & highly motivated

Salary - AED 3,000 Plus commission.
