JOB PURPOSE:

Directly reporting to Commercial Manager, responsible of acquiring new business from new and
existing customer and ensuring customer requirements are met at the highest level of quality.


DESCRIPTION:


  • Conduct intensive and structured prospecting for new and existing customer to identify and develop
new business that will contribute to the growth of 5PL Logistics Solutions.

  • Persuades customers that a products and services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price
and deliverables.

  • Provide market and customer feedback to the Commercial Manager.
  • Ensure that payment receivables are collected on time and in at best communication practice as
possible.

  • Work closely with Top and Senior Management to fulfil customer/client's requirements.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customer.
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, pricing in lieu with the received inquiries.
  • Anticipate customer/client's needs to provide appropriate solutions or recommendations to meet
their requirements.

Logistics Solutions.

  • Stay abreast of the market conditions and trends in the field pertinent to 4PL.
  • Meets personal and Customer Service Representative team KPIs.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow
up to ensure resolution.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow internal and external communication procedures guidelines and policies.
  • Sourcing, Selecting and Evaluating Freight Forwarding Agents.
  • Ensures smooth freight Commercial through proper coordination.
  • Ensures that all data at monitoring sheets are updated and accurate.
  • Prepares and submit Job File to Finance Department.
  • Ensures correctness of costing submitted.
  • Performs related activities as instructed by the Commercial Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:


  • BS Degree in Business Administration or related course
  • Minimum of 3 Years' Experience working as a CSU
  • Thorough knowledge in Air/Sea Freight and Land Distribution
  • Proven Contract Logistics Sales Experience
  • With Customer Relationship & Pricing in lieu with customer inquiries, requirements and quotations
and proposals.

  • With Freight Operations and Warehouse Operations in lieu with Operations instructions and
reports.

  • With QHSE in lieu with the regulatory, statutory and ISO standards and requirements

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
