Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales, finance, and service departments to achieve targets and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that the dealership has the right mix of vehicles to meet customer demand.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales, finance, and service staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that all operations run smoothly.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role within the automotive industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving profitability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
