Education and Professional Qualifications
- Min Graduate
- 810 years' experience as team leader
- Outbound sales experince is must
- Telesales outbound team leader experience is must
- UAE experience in banking sector is preferred.
- To be able to manage outbound sales team of min 20 to start of
- Shall be able to manage remote / off shore teams
Main Responsibilities
- Outbound sales inhouse and remote team management ( banking)
- Setting goals
- Assisting Managers in sales strategy development
- Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
- Evaluating sales team performance
- Assigning tasks
- Delivered strong sales results
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
- Prepare Sales Reports
- Manage escalated customer calls (complaints) with endtoend resolution.
