Education and Professional Qualifications

  • Min Graduate
  • 810 years' experience as team leader
  • Outbound sales experince is must
  • Telesales outbound team leader experience is must
  • UAE experience in banking sector is preferred.
  • To be able to manage outbound sales team of min 20 to start of
  • Shall be able to manage remote / off shore teams

Main Responsibilities

  • Outbound sales inhouse and remote team management ( banking)
  • Setting goals
  • Assisting Managers in sales strategy development
  • Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team
  • Evaluating sales team performance
  • Assigning tasks
  • Delivered strong sales results
  • Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team
  • Prepare Sales Reports
  • Manage escalated customer calls (complaints) with endtoend resolution.
